Q: Hi, I am planning to take tour on November 7,2012 for 3-Day Bus Tour to Las Vegas, Grand Canyon West (Skywalk), Hoover Dam from Los Angeles (Depart from LA/End in LA/LV) question is $99/day/person so if I dont share room I'm still paying the same as per your chart rate Please confirm.. thanks Jo

The price of $99 is per person for a room with double occupancy.
The price for one single traveler in their own room is $179.
We are able to offer lower pricing for more passengers in one room because they can absorb the costs by sharing them.
You can choose to set up a travel companion profile to see if you can find a passenger who would like to travel with you.

Q: I have a flight booked from Los Angeles to San Francisco on November 14th at 8.20pm. I wanted to book the tour departing November 12th and returning November 14th. It says the tour arrives back in LA around 6.30 - 7pm. If I get dropped off at the closest stop to LAX would I make my flight at 8.20pm? View answers (2) A: |

This particular tour will pick you up from the listed departure points and return you to this exact location and none of these locations are near to LAX. I would advise that you pick a different tour or tour date to ensure that you make your departure flight. But Chinatown in San Francisco might be covered as this is one of the highlights of San Francisco. Keep in mind, you can always ask your tour guide for detailed information on the day of the tour. We are unable to verify the time of departure, typically it will be around 9am.The return to Los Angeles usually starts at 6pm.

One more here pls : we are very much interested in buying the Disney land tickets but would have problem coming direct to your office to pick up as we don't know the location at all . We are staying in Holiday Inn La Mirada and had booked a 7 day Grand Canyon tour package with you already. Is your office nearby ? or as i had read, you could pass us the tickets to the tour guide to handover to us . We prepare to go to Disneyland on 2/10/12( Mon) and possibly the Adventure park on 3/10/12. No, we cannot hand over the tickets to the guide.We truly apologize but these tickets must be picked up by the person who purchases the tickets.Our office is located in Arcadia, CA.Your best option will be picking up the tickets directly.

Q: Hi there, thanks for your quick response. I have just a few more questions.. I will arrive in Vegas during dinner time so I'll definitely miss the group meet at 4:30pm at the hotel. But since I am not joining the night tour, will I have problems checking into the hotel on my own? You would need to check-in with your tour guide.
The reservation will not be under your name but a group name instead.
You can indicate what time you will be arriving at the hotel in order for us to be able to have a tour guide waiting for you to check-in to the hotel.
The "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" promotion only applies if you have three passengers traveling in the same room.
Unfortunately we cannot offer any further discounts than those presented on the tour webpage.

You are able to join the tour on the second day.
Please note that the tour departs the hotel to the Grand Canyon anytime between 6am - 8am.
You would have to contact your tour guide to be aware of the time the tour will leave.
